Åþþlicãtiðn for enlistment to the *Årctic Ångels* Squadron.
The *Årctic Ångels* are a tight knit squadron of the best pilots there are. Period. Membership to the *ÅÅ* is not taken lightly. It is with our camaraderie that we endure change, and excel to be the best in the air, and in our personal life.
We will only accept the best that there is. There is no substitute for honor and valor.
The *ÅÅ* does not actively seek recruits for our squadron. Filling out this application by no means ensure you a spot. After the application is filled out, it will be forwarded to the Recruiting Officer, the CO, and the ACO for review. An interview with the Recruiting Officer will follow, with perhaps a second interview with the Recruiting Officer and a member of our Command Team.
According to *ÅÅ* by-laws, there several rules for enlistment into the *ÅÅ*. These rules are confidential to *ÅÅ* members, as one could certainly lie to gain entry into our squad. These rules are in place for various reasons, and protect the integrity of our squadron.
Once the preliminary interviews are finished, the applicant will then be voted on by all of the *ÅÅ* members. ONE NO VOTE disqualifies the applicants approval. The decision must be UNANIMOUS for approval.
Time frame for application can vary, but will be attended to as quickly as possible.
New pilots accepted into the *ÅÅ* start with the rank of *ÅÅ* 2nd. Lt. Promotions are given for fortitude, presence, honor, skill, humility, and dedication to the squad.
